Founder Hii Shu Sheng, in 1999, founded "Pou Wok Hokkien Mee". Over 26 years, more than 5,000,000 plates of Hokkien Mee have been sold.

His success comes from his dedication to the soul of Chinese cuisine ― "wok hei". He believes that "wok hei" delivers a unique and irreplaceable dining experience, and behind it lies efficient execution, strict quality control, innovative heritage, teamwork, and outstanding customer experience ― all of which form the core business philosophy of Pou Wok.

Despite the growing trend of de-chefization in the market, we remain committed to the essence of "wok hei" and aspire to become Malaysia's preferred Hokkien Mee brand.
